Hi, I’m Hanna!
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and a Master’s from Virginia Commonwealth University. Over the years, I've had the chance to work with people from all walks of life—adults, children, teens, couples, and parents—whether in schools, community settings, or outpatient programs. Most of my experience has been dedicated to helping those facing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, life stress, and major transitions. My true passion is supporting people as they work through past traumas and difficult relationship patterns, so they can move forward and live the fulfilling life they've always envisioned.
a personal approach.
Each person is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to meet the individual goals, needs, and concerns of every client. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that guides our work and supports you on your path to growth. I primarily take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, while drawing on a variety of evidence-based interventions and strategies to best support your journey. I believe the counseling relationship is essential to the therapeutic process and am committed to fostering an open, empathetic, and collaborative connection with each client.
