  • Talk Therapy

Traditional therapy often centers on talking through challenges and using a range of therapeutic techniques to support personal growth. My goal is to choose approaches that feel right for each unique individual. In our sessions, we create a safe, open space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll work toward insight, build practical skills, and deepen self-awareness to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Sessions: 55 minutes | in-person or virtual as needed | insurance or $125 self-pay

  • EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic approach designed to help you work through current challenges by addressing past emotionally charged experiences. By using bilateral stimulation, EMDR targets these past experiences, which may still be affecting your present emotions, sensations, and self-perceptions. Through EMDR processing, we can work together to clear emotional blocks, empowering you to move forward toward a more adaptive and emotionally balanced life.
